  • The number of active tasks you can have depends on the plan you choose. With our Essentials plan, you can have 1 active design task. The Pro plan allows for 2 active design tasks, while the Unlimited plan lets you have up to 3 active design tasks simultaneously.
  • A task is considered active as long as a designer or developer is actively working on it. Once the task is submitted for approval, it will be managed by your account manager. At this point, the designer will mark it as “submitted for approval” and move on to the next active task. They will return to the original task if you request revisions.
  • We understand the importance of meeting deadlines. If you have an urgent request, please speak with your account manager, and we will do our best to expedite your project.
