I own an agency, can I resell any of the designs you create for me?
- Yes, you can resell the designs we create for you. You will have full ownership and control over these designs, allowing you to sell them in any manner and at any price you choose.
Are there any hidden fees?
- There are no hidden fees in our design process. You will be charged a fixed monthly amount, which includes all taxes and fees.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I know which plan is right for me?

What is considered an “Active Task”?
- A task is considered active as long as a designer or developer is actively working on it. Once the task is submitted for approval, it will be managed by your account manager. At this point, the designer will mark it as “submitted for approval” and move on to the next active task. They will return to the original task if you request revisions.
I have some time-sensitive projects! Can I get my design faster?
- We understand the importance of meeting deadlines. If you have an urgent request, please speak with your account manager, and we will do our best to expedite your project.
How many times can I request changes to my designs?
- You can request unlimited revisions from your designer.
What details should my design request include?

The more detailed your request, the better. Please include information about the size, orientation, format, colours, inspiration designs, and text copy. You can also upload any screenshots of designs you like.
Note: All text copy must be submitted at the time of the request. We will not make any changes to the provided copy.
What are my billing options?
- Your monthly payment will be processed via credit or debit card through Stripe, our payment provider. The initial payment will be taken by credit card on our website.
I didn’t use my account this month, can I get a refund for the month?
